6 week online Mindfulness for Menopause course

We will take you through some tried and tested techniques to boost your well-being, your mood and your emotional resilience – tools that you can take with you and use for the rest of your life. 

Maximum 18 participants

Facilitated by Caroline Raven and Fidelma Farley, two qualified (& menopausal!) mindfulness teachers, with almost twenty years of combined teaching experience. 

Online (live) sessions

Time: Friday lunchtimes - 12-1.30pm, with optional 1.30-2pm add-on coffee/lunch peer support session

Dates: 5, 12, 19 Oct, 2, 9, 16 Nov 2021
