Living Well, Living Mindfully
While many of us want to live and experience our lives in a meaningful way, we find it hard to slow down, to take the time to look below the surface busyness of our lives to find who we really are and what we really want and value.
These two workshops will introduce you to Mindfulness, which provides a set of skills and helpful techniques that enable us to become more aware of ourselves and our experience. By developing this awareness in a non-judgmental way, we enhance our quality of life, and our ability to care for ourselves. Facilitated by Fidelma Farley.
