Workplace Mindfulness


Many workplaces are fast-paced environments with demanding work-loads, with many employees experiencing stress, overwhelm and burnout. Bringing mindfulness to your workplace, whether through a short workshop or a longer course, can significantly reduce the stress of employees and leaders as well as contributing to the overall well-being of the workplace.

We offer several types of Mindfulness trainings, ranging from one-hour taster workshops to 6 week courses. In a short workshop, you'll be introduced to short, accessible mindfulness techniques to help bring some calm to your day. The longer workshops and courses will address mindfulness in relation to specific workplace experiences, such as the use of technology and interacting with colleagues.
