Breathworks Ireland run Mindfulness-based courses and workshops for people with stress, chronic pain, or a long-term health condition. With Mindfulness and compassion, you can regain a sense of confidence and initiative in relation to your pain, illness or stress. Mindfulness develops the ability to be fully present to your experience, and to be more aware of yourself, physically, mentally and emotionally. It allows you to develop your inner resources, to adapt more easily to life’s ups and downs, and to develop a more positive and kinder approach to yourself and to life in general.
