The workshop will be facilitated by experienced meditation teacher and therapist Eileen McCarney. style="text-align: left;" align="CENTER"><span>T</span>his eight week programme offers a wide range of mindfulness skills to ease the suffering associated with persistent pain, fatigue and ill health, and the stress that often arises as a result. Each week on this eight week course you will learn new strategies and approaches within a warm and friendly group setting.</p><p>The course will take place in Asante Counselling Centre, Drogheda, see <a

It will commence on Monday 12th September and take place on eight consecutive two and a half hour sessions from 7 &#8211; 9.30pm</p><p>You will learn:</p><ul><li>Training in how to manage pain, illness and fatigue in daily life</li><li>Breath awareness</li><li>Body awareness and relaxation</li><li>Gentle mindful movement</li><li>Mindfulness meditation practice, including cultivating kindliness towards yourself and empathy for others</li></ul><p>Who is the course for?</p><p>Breathworks now runs programmes in many countries including England, Germany and Sweden.
