NEW! Monthly Mindfulness Webinars
Join Fidelma once a month for a 90 minute mindfulness webinar. It's open to all, whether you're a beginner or have more experience. The session will consist of led meditation practices, a short talk on an aspect of mindfulness and/or meditation, some poetry, and a space for discussion - all from the comfort of your own home. I'm so pleased to be able to provide a space for practice and connection, that everyone can link in to, no matter where you are in the world. Looking forward to seeing you there.
When?
Once a month on the third Sunday of the month, 10am - 11.30am. The dates for 2019 are:
24 March
14 April
19 May
16 June
21 July
18 August
15 September
20 October
17 November
15 December
How?
Using Zoom, an on-line facility for meetings, webinars and classes. During the webinar, everyone will be able to see and hear everyone else, much like a Skype group call. Once you book and pay for a session, I'll email you a link that you click just before the webinar to enter the virtual space. You don't need to buy any software, but you do need to download Zoom. You can use a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Even though you can participate without video or a microphone, I strongly recommend that you have and enable both, as it will give you a much fuller and more enjoyable experience to be able to see and speak to others.
If you have any questions or concerns about the technology, or would like to know more about the session itself, please get in touch and I'll do my best to answer your questions.
How much?
You pay €10 per session, or €45 for 5 sessions.
