One-to-one Sessions


Individual classes give you the chance to learn mindfulness in a way that's tailored to your particular circumstances. You'll have the benefits of personal attention and support, a flexible approach to the structure of the sessions and detailed feedback and discussions around your mindfulness practice.

Or it may be that you have some experience of mindfulness and would like one or two sessions to refresh your practice, or there's a particular aspect of your practice that you're struggling with and would like some help with.

Fidelma teaches mindfulness, compassion and loving kindness, and mindful eating to groups and individuals for stress, anxiety, chronic pain and long-term health conditions, and for general well-being. 

On-line: Sessions are conducted using Zoom, an on-line facility for classes, meetings and webinars. 

Because of the current situation, there is a 20% discount on all one-to-one online mindfulness sessions. €50 per 55 minute session -20% discount = €40.00.


In person - due to the Covid 19 crisis, there are currently no face-to-face mindfulness sessions.
