Mindfulness and Thoughts

‘Watch thoughts and their ways with care – as we think, so we become.’
The Buddha

For those of us practising mindfulness meditation, we are all too aware of how thoughts crowd the mind, taking it off into all directions. The thoughts that we experience as problematic or difficult are often a result of the way we attach to and identify with our thoughts.

This workshop will explore ways of working with thoughts, in meditation and in
everyday life. By cultivating a gentle awareness of our thoughts, our relationship to them can gradually become kinder and more spacious.

Suitable for anyone with some experience of meditation.

Facilitated by Fidelma Farley.
