Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course starting 4 Nov

The next 6 week MBSR course starts on Wednesday 4 November at Oscailt Health Centre. This is the best-known of mindfulness courses and research over the years has shown how effective it is in reducing stress and anxiety and enhancing appreciation of life. All welcome.
