Mindfulness for Menopause - new course
If you are struggling with some of the side effects of the peri-menopause or menopause, eg insomnia, heightened anxiety, brain fog, indecision, irritability, low mood, a lack of self-esteem… then why not join us for a gentle and supportive 6 week Mindfulness for Menopause course We will take you through some tried and tested techniques to boost your well-being, your mood and your emotional resilience – tools that you can take with you and use for the rest of your life. Maximum 18 participants Facilitated by Caroline Raven and Fidelma Farley, two qualified (& menopausal!) mindfulness teachers, with almost twenty years of combined teaching experience.
